Ipod WiFi Help?

I was at the gym yesterday and was going to use wifi and i went to the network to pick connection and when i went into safari it said it couldn't find network but it went to apple's website with a

message saying something like 1'1'1  do you want to accept or cancel..  Anyone know what this message is ?

it says can't identify wi fi server 1'1'1'1 and it brings you to apple.com and then it ask " Accept, Decline or Details, so i clicked details and it goes to the network setup and next to the

wifi it says "Not Trusted".
