But, well done chicken (or any fried food) just means cook it to the point where the exterior crust is extra crispy/crunchy.
Like for Buffalo Wing, I want a CRUNCH when I bite into them. Eating limp skinned, fried food is a waste of calories. I eat fried food for texture

Everyone in my family and most of my friends who are also white also prefer extra crispy chicken, and are also paranoid that chicken is never cooked enough. I guess that's an exception though
