Ofcourse you can buy a Polo Leather for cheaper, but this isn't some Parka whose price was artificially inflated. It's leather.

on karmaloop alone there are real leather jackets for half the price. what makes you think crooks' leather is work 800?

I feel you, man. 90% of the clothes I wear were bought on sale. I couldn't justify paying full price for clothes after HS endedanymore. I have money, but I don't feel like my outfit needs to be $1,000+ to be 'fresh'. Speaking of Macys and coupons...I loaded up on the Levi511s for myself and friends. I don't think I've ever paid more than $30 for a t shirt since I started college. But I'm not into this street wearstuff..the stuff I wear is more on the low key now with no logo and such printed on the shirt.

It'll be on clearance in 2-4 weeks anyway as will 90% of all clothes on Karmaloop

So yeah, it's overpriced, and yes, fans of said company have the right to complain

Each individual puts a price on how much they are willing to spend on any given item. I wouldn't spend $1 on a Southpole shirt but
someone may think it's cool to spend $20. It doesn't mean that Southpole is overpriced, it just means that my value of the shirt
does not equal the asking price.

Or you could just get your cake up and then this wouldn't be an issue for you at all.

People associate price with social standing and "cool". Why should they charge $30 when the market says they can charge$50. $800 leathers from anybrand is not unheard of. The people who are comparing it to POLO , just are really attached to polo, nothing wrong with that.



For a comparison, When Tiffany and Co. was selling diamonds/jewelry at regular prices, it almost went out of business. When it started charging on the scaleit does today, scales started to boom.
