I was thinking that the price of Jordans is starting to get steep, trending towards unaffordable, which would make it strictly for the elite. Kayne West's of the world.
People say resellers influence things. Let me tell you something, Jordans are a thing of perceived value in the eyes of the beholder. These shoes are produced in limited quantities and naturally creates more demand. The demand of the shoe is met after you miss the slim release date only when an individual chooses to part with the item. Therefore their is a cost involved in the purchase since the seller put forth the efforts to obtain the shoe originally. This is where resale value comes into play, and sometimes if a person is in need of instant funds its kinda like hood stock. To each its own tho.
Another thing that troubles me is if JB can produce and sale OG Jordans why would you ever give me a retro. The best should give his supporters the best. Give me nothing but OG on a larger scale and a lower more constant price. $150 is reasonable.
