Nike did an Air Max Light with a Mexico-themed colorway.  Their kits are from Adidas, but it doesn't mean other sports companies can't make products with a "Mexican" c/w.  

Nike owns Umbro, but like I mentioned before, they're all free to make World-Cup-themed products for each country.

I really wish I could find the USA footscapes in the US but still no luck, I just hope this isn't like when Nike decided to not release the US AF1 colorway in the US (if I'm not mistaken).

On the East Coast, Concepts got 9 pairs and 21 Mercer about the same!
Your best bet is EndClothing, Hanon or Size?.
