I have a BHM 3s condition 9.5/10 and someone wanted to trade that with Air Force Max "Area 72" condition about 8 to 8.5/10.

Is the a fair trade? 

Really need suggestions.

Price value. You'd be on the downfall. Not by much though. Also if its a shoe you really want do it. After all it's about what you like and nothing else.
