Those are house centipede
These are considered beneficial to humans because they feed on other common household pests such as spiders, silverfish, cockroaches
I cant stand these things regardless, because they're so damn fast and their legs....Its like a spider + centipede = worst nightmare.

OP its just a centipede... i see those things all the time in my basement.
why didn't you kill it on sight? how can you sleep knowing that thing is running around your house?

Used to have those in my house in NY.
They would be big & fast as hell. I used
to be scared to go to sleep.
