Exactly. Do ya'll remember that workout video T-mac did at his house with that one trainer.

I never felt sorry for Tmac cuz I could tell he didn't care for his bodyand really prepare in the offseason. Do I know that for fact no....but you can tell. Look at guys like Shaq, and Baron Davis they always come into camp thenget a back strain or pulled hamstring, those are out of shape injurys. Hopefully Mac and save his career.

for some reason, I believe he'll be back to being a 25ppg scorer...amare and k-mart have recovered well from microfracture surgery recently....plus, seeingthe team make it to the 2nd round w/o him and it being a contract year should be all the motivation he needs.

T-Mac's been working out since May. He's on the last year of his contract with the Rockets which is why he's working out so hard.

I hope he can help McGrady out, but I really doubt this guy can be what he once was. He can still be a very efficient player, he just needs to stay healthy.

truth....i go to youtube and watch videos from his Orlando days....he was like one notch below Kobe back then.
