IT people need help please

at work in corporate environment, for some reason 120 people out of 200 cannot access medical website, or CA.GOV websites , only way is to format computer an do fresh install then the medical website pops up.

i tried
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
 but nothing

tried this too ,
netsh int ip reset reset.log
Hit Enter.
Type in:
netsh winsock reset catalog
an still nothing

would anyone happen to know of a solution ?

add to trusted sites...check java and active x controls. whats the error? do you have a proxy

no proxy , its on a DNS  , the error is internet explorer cannot access site, ive added to trusted sites an still nothing.

add the domain to trusted sites.... *.gov* is that the only thing they cant access. can they access it with another browser?

ca.gov and .gov added but still nothing , i tried in firefox , chrome ,and safari an nothing, if i format then thats the only solution that works.

got advance boot optionts, select last known good configuration

see if this will do it.

if not, try safe mode with networking. then try accessing the site.

Check your security settings. it sounds like something with the certificate in the sites. .mil sites are ALL messed up and cause this error so we have to add *.mil to the trusted sites by going to tools- internet options- trusted sites and then also check your internet security level. If you are using ie8, downgrade to ie7.

try accessing the site using its ip address..if that works..should be a dns server problem

able to access website using ip address of 208.1.126.10 an it works that way.

How do i clear up the dns server issues ? log into firewall an add exception to ca.gov ?

easier to put this in a host file?
