It varies.  I honestly don't know who created the original banner.  One of the first members, I think.  It wasn't up for more than a year.  

C Soldia created the famous NikeTalk banner with "The ULTIMATE Online Sneaker Community" tag line.  

Rajah created the sneaker themed anniversary banners (8, 9, 10) and the NKETLK Since '99 banner.  Those two are primarily responsible for the look and feel of the site over the years and they deserve the lion's share of the credit.  

I consider myself the option of last resort.  If there's something that needs to get done immediately and no one with talent can be found, I'll throw something together out of necessity.  

I did the Dr. King tribute banner, the standard anniversary banner adjustment, the Japan banner, the NT somalia badges, the current banner, the NT icon/logo, and the 2001 tribute banner, which actually uses a photograph taken by Rajah.
