The house republicans attached the tax cut extension to the same bill including the unemployment extension.
So obama had the option of ending the cuts..... and stopping unemployment checks for hundreds of thousands..... or allowing the cuts to stay and keeping unemployed americans with money to live....

You obviously don't follow politics

...he follows politics. conservative politics.

That's truly the funniest part in all of this.  This dude ninjahood is advocating for people that damn sure don't care about him, but yet he's still trying to stand up for them for some odd reason, as if he's one of them.  It reminds me of the scene in X when Malcolm was explaining the house *$@!#'s love for his master.........."What's wrong boss.....WE sick", "What's wrong boss.....WE top earners getting taxed too much??"
...Ninjahood? advocating for people that dont care about him? nah. couldnt be.

...not the same Ninjahood that wont accept his........nvm.

The president has less power than you nincompoops think. He can't just snap his fingers and fix the problems Dubya Bush and even Daddy Bush started.

Do you not realize that the Republicans block or attempt to block almost EVERYTHING he tries to do?

I'm not huge on Obama, but a Romney-run White House is terrifying.
this!!!

In all honesty neither party has our best interest at heart and partisan politics is the devil. But I do agree if you're not making upwards of 250k a year how in the hell are you voting republican? Not an Obama fan, but it kills me when folks who know they don't have investment bonds or make over 250k say their voting republican because of taxes....Edit: I just like the gif of George clooney dancing

Raise the dividend tax and me the small time investor gets screwed when companies stop growing their dividends. In the age of virtually 0% interest for savings accounts, I need those dividends and I need them to continue rising.

Bush ran up the debt $4 trillion in 8 years (which was bad enough), but Obama has run it up $5 trillion in 3 years.

The country is in the crapper.  Don't get me started on increasing inflation, gas prices (doubled since Obama took office), materials costs, the REAL unemployment rate (about 18%), etc.

Ninjahood is a smart man.

We all laughed in the studio, as there is 0% chance that Ron "The Racist" Paul gets close to winning.
This is the misconception that all of the mainstream media is putting forth, that Ron Paul is simply some excusable nuisance who has no chance of winning. Although his chances are pretty slim at winning the GOP nomination, he does have a lot more support than people think, which has translated to many more delegates for Ron Paul than are portrayed by the media. Given all of the unbound delegates that Paul has accumulated, he does have a shot, even if very slim, at achieving a brokered convention. And even if there is not a brokered convention and Romney does get the nomination, Ron Paul certainly will still have enough delegates to be an influential say at the convention.
Do you think Ron Paul is racist? Or are you simply repeating the words of people you hear who do not support him? If you yourself think he is racist, please explain your reasoning.

i think he has more support than you'd imagine...although i don't think he has a chance in hell...but...who cares if he wins or not, why don't people just vote for those that they think are right for the job? everyone blinded by these ridiculous party lines that really, at the end of the day, don't make a real difference to any one of us whatsoever.
'the racist'? are you talking about those newsletters from 20+ years ago that weren't even written by him? the ones that he apologized for? the dude is around 70 years old and is from Texas, what do you expect?

What position are you taking on these newsletters exactly?  Your post is very confusing...

Homie, do you really think that Bloomberg or Giuliani are responsible for the changes in NYC that have occurred since the early-1990s?  Please step outside of your little world bro...

*fixed that for you.
If I vote at all, it will be for the lesser of two evils, which is Obama, and voting for Ron Paul means you minus well stay at home.

, oh the irony in this post.  It's obvious your a lock-stock voting Liberal and you have the gall to call someone else a house @*#+%$.

House @*#+%$'s vote for a candidate only because he is black.  House @*#+%$'s vote for that candidate because those house @*#+%$ owing Liberals KNEW you would vote for that candidate no matter what.  House @*#+%$'s vote for a candidate because their "society" tells them that is who they are supposed to vote for.  House @*#+%$'s keep voting for policies that give their people just enough to survive but not enough to succeed and grow.  House @*#+%$'s vote for candidates that promise them everything and continually deliver nothing.

Oh the irony that you don't even see that you're the real House @*#+%$ around here.
Global investors increasingly preferPresident Barack Obama to Republican challenger Mitt Romney andmost say they believe the incumbent will remain in the WhiteHouse for another four years.

"Global investors" huh?  I hope these aren't the same "Global investors" that are destroying the World's economies right now.  Probably the same cats that think the Socialist movement in France and Greece is a good thing.  But it only furthers the argument that Obama could care less about the poor, he is a puppet for the World's elite which control both the Republican and Democratic parties... only that one of them is really good at hiding that fact from you.
