No clue if u have AT&T I would back up and restore and try again. Did you recently move that song to a different folder or location?

ok, i tried restoring my iphone, restarting itunes/PC, made sure all my files are in the correct file path.. still experiencing the same problems.. im guessing it's a hardware issue w/ my iphone (according to some sites).. time for a new phone i guess

Why do you feel the need to SYNC? Don't SYNC. Manually manage your music. Just drag to the IPOD from ITUNES.

^^Yeah I never sync either. Find myself either not wanting certain songs or having duplicates when I used to sync.
