itunes on usb?

I got 1000's of songs on my computer at home but I want to get them on my laptop at school without taking up od space. is their anyway I can put my itunes on like a usb flash drive or something and just have it plugged into the laptop . it would be clutch.

An easy way is through cloud. If your songs are all purchased then update to the new iTunes and it will gove you cloud. Authorize your account to your laptop then all your library will show up and you can download the files onto your computer for free.

If you are a pirate, or used CDs then a flash drive is a good idea. Or out your iPod into disk mode and duplicate the files not your laptop.

x2 the same thing i do....music auto loads on the cloud then plays music anywhere i need to listen

Then revisit what I said about cloud but don't download the files to your computer. That's optional.

Cloud allows you to put your entire library on the internet so you can stream it wherever you have wifi or 3g.

I have an external hard drive for most of my music. You will be able to open them on iTunes. But if the external hard drive isn't connected it won't be able to open the files. You can us USB too.

I'm not liking the iTunes sync... It's like apple is forcing u to switch to sync instead of having an option to do so like in the pass

Just go to your iPods settings and set it to manually manage music for the drag and drop bruh.


Or just uncheck the things you don't want on there.
