jacket vest

Where can I find a hooded jacket vest like this one or even something similar to it? I only wear small, and I was planning on ordering it for myself this week,and before I know it, they're out of stock in small. (I live out in california, so there isn't an abundance of jacket vests around here.)

OP - I saw some similar styles at Ross recently. Unsure on brand, I wasn't really payin attn to it. I'm in AZ - but you can prob check em out first.

Hm, I always thought those were sleeveless hoodys? I guess it depends on how you looke at it like a glass half full or empty
