Nuggets got off to a quick start, but have looked pretty bad since.
I was as surprised as any one to see AC get the starting nod; every article I'd read throughout the day had said that Karl was undecided as to whetherAfflalo or Graham would get the nod... I guess he decided neither.

I was pumped when Denver traded for Ty Lawson; I was actually saying that I'd hope they'd find a way to land him leading up to the draft. Was myfavourite college player these past few seasons.

Lets get something straight concerning Ty Lawson...
The Minnesota Timberwolves and the Denver Nuggets agreed on a trade for that 18th pick before the pick was on the clock, and we just took whoever Denver toldus to choose because the trade was agreed on in principle. Which is why we traded him immediately after the pick...
There's absolutely no possible way for anyone to say that the Timberwolves messed up by trading Ty Lawson away "if he becomes good". There'szero chance we would have picked Lawson for our own benefit after taking Rubio and Flynn back-to-back at picks 5 and 6....which should tell you right therethat we weren't picking him for ourselves.
Just wanted to get that out in the open because like I said, if Lawson becomes a legit threat in this league, I don't want anyone coming out of thewoodworks saying, "I can't believe the Timberwolves traded this guy away!!" because we wouldn't have taken him in the first place if Denverhadn't told us to.

Is anyone else impressed with the fact that Hubie Brown seems to know EVERYTHING about basketball. I mean a lot of these older announcers can't evenremember these players names, meanwhile Hubie can tell you what percentage a dude will shoot from the floor when he has on a certain colored headband and !@#$
