It's not hard to stand beyond half court and throw it backwards over my head into the other basket without looking. I usually get it 1/3 tries. Instead ofstanding still, step and jump off one leg (your left if you're right handed), line yourself up in the middle by looking at the goal in front of you and theblue line down the middle of the court, in a gym there's probably even a beam over your head as you throw it and look over your back.

I do it all the time during breaks in action, people think I practice it, but I never have, that'd be a waste of time. I just tried it one day and got iton like the 4th try and realized that technique works.

But to do a forward standing finger roll like LeBron did, difficult.
