I assume a basic overview of what type of person you are, and if you're the type of employee that suits right for whatever position you're applying for.

Just don't be honest with the questions. I strongly believe that the questionnaire is the reason why I didn't get the spot in TSA, for being too honest.

Just don't be honest with the questions. I strongly believe that the questionnaire is the reason why I didn't get the spot in TSA, for being too honest.

 im assuming i was too honest with some parts as well with this best buy app. i've heard there is a grade for the test and everything. i also heard everything shud be strongly agree or strongly disagree.

How can you be too honest? It's either your honest or your not. Lie on some questions I guess..

nope. no generic email that ends up in your spam folder or anything and i sent this one weeks ago. i guess i didnt answer the questions the "right" way.

I just did one of these questionnaires after attempting to transfer to the Gap in my city.  The manager called me and told me I received a  poor score on the test but I still got the job..
