Job orientation

Dress the same way you are expected to dress once you start work.

My first professional internship was business casual, so I wore business casual to orientation and training.
My jobs since then have been business formal, so I wore a suit& tie to orientation and training.

Only wear a suit/tie if that's how you are expected to dress daily. If you wear a suit and everyone else has a dress %%**/slacks, you will look like a tool.
