If your company knows you are looking for another job can they get rid of you for that, if so what would be the legal reason? To make a long story short thecompany I work for made a new policy this week that basically screwed anyone they hired within the last 2 years (about 20/33 employees). Problem is the site Iwant to post my resume on (where I got alot of responses from other employers prior to me working this job) my current company posts their vacant positionsthere.
