Budden is lyrically on another level, but to say he's ahead of Big Daddy Kane or Rakim is outlandish. those dudes are the originators of rap, you can't disrespect them like that.

Quick question for people doubting Joey's lyrical ability. Have you actually listened to any of the Mood Muzik series and gave it an honest listen? Despite what he does outside of the booth, Joey is a lyrical monster. I don't too much care for what he's up to on social networks or televison bcuz thats not what's coming through my speakers.
