Same thing happened to me...It happened April last year...I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from finishline.com, I let them pay for my item cause I don't have a credit card...They charged me $25 for their fee, which I accepted.  That is the reason why I bought two pairs, so I can maximize their service fee...I was told that the shipping from US to PHL for a regular pair of men's shoes is P1300-P1500.  I was thinking that my order should weigh less cause it's smaller than a men's shoes.  When my order arrived, they charged me P3300.  I have no choice but to claim the items...

He was pretty active in this thread back in yuku. Actually, this is the first time I've seen him again on NT since the migration. Hopefully he gets active again so he can help clear up whatever issues NTPI is having with JAC
