They are fake. The shoe has widow peaks, is not the right shape, incorrect tongue , blue laces that never came with the shoe, has the wrong lace bags, etc.

Those are also fake. The back of the shoe looks weird from the side view, wings logo is placed to high, Nike Air tag on the tongue is off, etc.
