Jordan 1 DZ5329-001 legit check please - bought from Stockx but don't seem right

Hi all,
I just bought a pair of Jordan 1 Mid, ref DZ5329-001 from Stockx. Arrived today.
However I have some concerns:
1) The tan section of material seems off, doesn't seem to me to have a genuine leather finish (though maybe this model doesn't?), has a hint of the synthetic about it.
2) Unsure of the smell - not the usual strong leather smell from fresh Js.
3) multiple threads - one on the midsole, one edge of toe box, and both tops of the laces area next to tongue have threads loose or bulging.
4) spec of white on the edge of black undersole.
5) label on shoe is a format I'm not familiar with.

Now I'll caveat all this, that I stopped collecting kicks maybe 6 years ago when the market got crazy with bots etc, so I'm perhaps out of touch with recent labels etc.
It is also quite a while since I handled a fake - I am in Scotland, Europe, and some of those Polish ones crossed my path a good while ago but since then I've probably not seen a fake, so again I'm out of touch. That said, if these are legit they have more stitching issues than those high-quality Polish fakes ever had!

Also as I'm in Scotland, we don't have the likes of Flight Club or stores I can go ask for help in. The Footlcokers here never really get J1s in store so we just don't have any experts in physical stores here I can look to for legit check.

Do you mean under the insole?
I don't see any stars on the sole itself.

He means the Stars on the outsole aka the bottoms of the shoe. And from what I can see these are legit. Your issues are just standard jordan brand QC along with these being a mid the materials are just trash apposed to a high OG or Low OG.

Guess if these are legit and it is just the quality these days, these really have dropped off - I bought my last Mids maybe 2016 but I used to see quite a few, and they were never as bad as this.
