Im tempted to say legit. The wings logo looks a little too far down and the lace bag looks a little long.. I am pretty sure my phone is just distorting the pics. I think you are good to go

The lace bag is a little longer. It's actually the same size as the bag that came with my barons which I got from NDC. On the right shoe the logo is on a higher angle than the other shoe. Idk they seem alright to me maybe just a few QC problems.
