i am not 100% sure but color of the out soles look little bit darker to me.

actually my main concern is that the jumpman on the left shoe has an extra thread hanging on the ball (3rd to the last pic, first post) while the jumpman on the right shoe has an extra thread hanging on the right ribs (2nd to the last pic, first post). Could that be just a minor flaw? It can be easily removed anyway, I guess...

im pretty sure they are fakes.
as you said jumpman is way off also the tag inside of the tongue is also vague.
