I hope people understand what I mean. I've never been one of those dudes saying "Air Force 1s are dead". There's never been a time in this millennium when the Air Force 1 was unfashionable.
They just put out too many colorways that no one cared about.

I don't think that's true. Out of I-XIV, the XI has had the fewest retro + colorways, for men's releases anyways. I guess you could say the gs pairs are ruining them with those awful coral and maroon pairs. These aren't awful imo.

Was hoping the final product would've had a marbled/pearlized patent leather like the men's Baron release this year.

Seen these in person today. The panel where the patent leather should be is cracked leather. They don't look bad but they're not great, either. They're alright.
