Jordan 3 CDP?

I'm pretty new to sneakers, and I'm not sure if these are the CDP's, or an earlier model, 2007 etc?

They're on a state auction site, with no box, and bids are at $130. Here are some pictures? What's their worth?

Can't comment to authenticity but those are from the Black Friday 2011 release. The CDPs are from 2009.
