Thankfully now most stores do raffles. Call your local shoe stores and see when they begin to hand out raffles. Some stores do not do raffles, for those places be prepared to line up and see tons cutting and mayhem for these kicks.

Thanks for the heads up. I was able to get them yesterday but it was close. I had to wait in line for four hours and got the second to last pair of 13's at finishline in the Roseville Galleria.
