So I have had some cleats for a while but then I noticed that it said promo sample inside thy are white and navy blue! What does that mean?

Definitely legit.. As far as value it doesn't increase much if any in this case..Maybe $10-$15..Because they are used GR cleats they wont hold value like used GR kicks. Unless of course they were game worn by a pro athlete or a PE or something like that. Still a nice pair in good shape and fairly rare id suspect just not as valuable as some samples out there.

Well first you're gonna have to find someone in the market for used cleats..Id say $60-$80 maybe if you're lucky. This may be one of those instances where you take what you can get if you really wanna move them.
