Jordan 7 Sizing

Hey guys I'm kind of new to the whole sneaker game, and I'm looking to buy a pair of Flint 7s. I'm a size 10, and was wondering if they run big and if I can go a half size down if I needed to. Thanks in advance.

For me they fit about half a size big. I wear and 11 and get a 10.5 in VII's. Hope this helps.
