Jordan 7 True To Size?

Never actually owned a pair of Jordan 7s. Recently decided to might get one. Does the shoe fit true to size. For me a snug but yet comfortable fit is a 9. But overall my true size one most of the shoes in my collection is a 9.5. I heard go half a size down? Is it true to size?

I have the DMP 60+ Pack and the 7s fit true to size. I'm a size 13.

For me, I feel they run a little big so I go down a half size. My true size has a bit of slipping in the heel.
