I have those Alt. 8s released a few years back. I really like them (like a reverse Playoff) but the OG Bugs Bunny is a MUST cop for the history.

Held them today in store. Leather is decent. Don't expect premium. Jumpman blue should be a little light imo. Nevertheless I'll have em! It's the only OG 8 colorway I have never had.

There are some videos on youtube and the leather looks cheap, specially on the perforated parts. It looks plastic, in fact. I don't understand why they ask more than $200 for sneakers made out of cheap materials. I would never cop them for that price if materials are not premium...

Yep. Gammas do nothing for me but the kiddos love em. My youngest son is 10 and that's what he told me he wants for Christmas. I'm gonna cop him a pair and probably cop the 8s for myself or hold out for the Wolf Grey Vs

I’ve personally been missing all the 11s. I can handle the remaster shape on em, something we lost in translation when they raised the patent and now all 11s just look like gigantic snowboarding boots. And believe me I championed the low patent-loathing just as hard as anyone so I welcomed the taller patent but after a few pairs of the newer joints they just fail beside 1996 ones

I’ll add that despite the patent being a scoshe lower on the early 2000s retros those were still made really really nice and had a beautiful shape. These new 11s feel cheap and look cheap and the top down view is like looking down on a couple French baguettes

2013 I was in middle school and people went insane for them (Gen Z)

Personally done with 11s until they bring back thicker patent leather. Had to sell my Columbias because of it.

I always think back on why I sold my 2024 Columbia's.. thats right.. the thin *** patent leather and meh quality.
