Jordan ajko need help

Hi this is not a LC or PC. I never had an ajko jordan 1 before, and i know jb wants to make it look like its dirty with ashy sole and staind midsole..

But i just bought one and the seller stated its brand new , when i arrived i looked at the bottom and it looked liked it has some wear marks on them. Can i have somebody to check on this please..

Here is the pic of the sole that throws me off ..

As you can see the toe cap is dirty and some areas showed the loss of the white stuff jb put in..

If you are not happy with the product ebay/paypal does a really good job with siding with the buyer all the time...especially if you show them the pics of the soles...it's all about how you feel about the shoes yourself but I think  these shoes are rumored to come out in march

My question is, is the sole new or is it used... Seller claims its new and thats how it supposed to come..

if you are talking about the white stuff yes...I just did a search on ebay and looked for DS ajko 1's and they all come up with the white stuff on the bottom. I've never owned a pair so i really can't give you more information but wait for others to chime in if you need more feedback..

pretty sure its not supposed to have brown/dirt marks.

okay i had to look closer. They do look like that have been worn. the soles look worn down a little where the four strips are there should be some texture there and not smooth
