Jordan Bin 5 Sizing/Fit?

Can anyone speak on this? 

do they run TTS?  or should I go a half or full size up/down?

any help would be much appreciated

I bought my true size at first and they ran big....ended up selling them and going down a half size. I am very happy with them.

tts. so if you wear a sz 10 in the air jordan vii, i would recommend that you go with a sz 10. i go half a size up in the 10s. the only flaw of Ajv is they crease easy and if you wear low ankle socks the back of your foot will get irritated.
