I'm new here to be gentle.

I have a ton of Jordan's just like all of you. Nothing special. I have been trying to find some Bred 1's forever and bought like 4 pairs. all Fake and sent back. I finally got a pair that seemed pretty close to legit. I still cant tell the difference except when I wear them. The leather on the toe is not wearing the same. On my Shadows the leather creases easily. On the "Bred's" they are like a stiffer leather and only crease on the toe but not all over. I don't have pics of the worn pair but I was like 'EFF IT". I'm rocking them anyways.......Why is it so hard to find a legit pair? Where is everyone hiding them?

The box and everything checked out to me. Help a brotha out.

Thanks for looking. I straight up have been on every blog, site, forum and I can't tell. Everything anyone has showed me my pair checks out. The box is dead on. Labels match. Stitching good. Color good. Size good. Compared to my shadows they are legit. Only thing, and I mean only thing I can tell is the creasing on the toe box. My shadows gets the wrinkle like the wear should. My Breds seem like thicker leather. Just one crease across toe box but not like my other 1's. So I'm confused. I've gone over them way too much and I can't tell. And I have three other pair of jordan 1s and as we all know no pair are identical. I wear them like they are real and I just don't know 100% if they are. Thanks for the help.

I will try to get a pick up later today after work. I been over the soles with a fine tooth comb. Every detail. Still the only thing I notice wrong is the creasing is off because it seems to be different leather. OH YA! only other thing I can think of is the little white 9.5 inside the shoe on the insole by the nike sign isnt there.

If there is like an expert out there hit me with your number so I can send direct pics with details. Hate to bring them to a sneakershow and they laugh me out of that building.

I know my shoes and I straight cant tell. B grades? Early release? I guess it all depends on what people think is fake or not authentic.

Thanks

My buddie has a pair from Shoe Palace and side by side I cant tell. Still the creasing is not the same.

I have a friend, well their husband who works for Nike. They told me that Nike makes a shoe in runs of 1000. And Nike then approves or changes the design. Like the lining stitch could be 1mm too think and Nike asks China to scrap them and redo them. Instead of scrapping that company in China sells them off. Which is how you get the early releases etc. To me thats not fake. Is it the final version that Nike will sell? No, but I used to work at Footlocker back in the day and everyone knows all the shoes arent perfect. I have seen some shoes with major defects coming out of nike. Their quality control sucks sometimes.

No 2 releasess are created equal...It seems the main problem you are having here is comparing 2 different releases..Even though they are both 1s they will have subtle differences..For instance the quality of leather etc. The kicks look fine to me bro, I think you are just picking here.

Post a clear close up of the small [emoji]174[/emoji] on the box lid to be 100%

I know I am being picky but I am telling you guys. I have been over everything online and I cant see anything proving they wouldnt be real. It all checks out. I am just looking for validation I guess. Haha.

Thanks to everyone who is looking.

Well, it could be nitpicking but I think I would do the same if I couldn't tell the difference. With these grey market pairs, it makes it harder to tell. Yea, different releases and colorways will use different materials with varying quality. Nike's quality control does suck for how much they are making. That's what happens with mass production. Good luck with your shoes bro.
