So since they don't have 10.5, would I be better sizing up to an 11, or half a size down to 10?

Up is always safer than down with 1's.

Not with me. All retros I go down half a size

2013 1s and previous I was an 11 and could fit a 10.5

Remastered 1s fit bigger IMO

160 calls over the last 1.5 hours and the best I got was a ring and then a message about the number being disconnected.  Have no idea what these 5 and 0s are about.  I'm calling it quits.
