mine both say preparing to ship but straight from the order page it says in progress and submitted, then when i click the order number it shows preparing to ship. just concerned should i call ndc

Bs just like the 10 am. I couldn't check out with the 1's for over an hr. But I lucked up at the 10 am release. Still errors but only for about 20 minutes till i checked out
