sole23store-legit seller on eBay?

I couldnt find any rules against asking this so i posted it on the Jordan forum and it got locked, so I figured I try here because once again, I don't see any rules against this.  Does anyone know if this seller is legit?  He has lots of Jordans and pre-orders available that don't ship until after the release date.  Anyone have any experience or knowledge of this seller they would like to share?

I did.  He has an *** load of feedback mostly all positive.  His feedback score is like 1500 and positive feedback is 98.6%.  From what I can tell, he is legit.  The only thing that makes me wonder is he lists pre-order sells for a little more than retail, like 190 and his stock on the shoes is apparently really good.  Most sellers ive seen post pre-oders charge out the ***, like 300 plus.  Any thoughts about that?

I've copped from him got my he got game 13s thru him due to the fact I had to work and couldn't camp, they were legit plus I asked for my sales receipt to be included and he did just that, only thing had me skeptical was he offers a quantity of like a hundred something total, how do you secure those many pairs 0.o
