Jordan XI '72-10' Release Date: 12/12/15

Folks fed up on Facebook...

These are some of the reasons why I stopped supporting JB.

Good luck to whoever is looking to cop but all in all this has been wack release handled by JB

Uninspired Colorway and theme. 10 years ago DMP XIs were a great nod to the 72-10 season with the gold accents and actually had information about the accomplishment released with the shoe. These have glitter and suede and don't even come with a stinking retro card. Glitter and suede has nothing to do with the 95-96 season or XIs.

$220 is a slap in the face. Close to $250 after tax for most people who are copping tommorow. Nothing can justify this price. These materials aren't premium. They already have pairs on twitter and IG that got mold and yellowing soles. The shape isn't remastered because they still have that banana curve going on and low patent cut. The leather is nothing special either. They have that same tumbled cut on discounted Air Max models sitting in same store

Jordan Brand dont even have faith in itself anymore. JB and Nike got punked out and deebo d for the initial release date by adidas. People have been planning for 12/19 since the summer time. JB seen most of these fall releases sit in stores. When the sneaker blogs started making a big deal about dissapointment sales of Aqua 8 and Maroon 6 JB yuppies flinched like the COWARDS and NON PROFESSIONALS I been calling them for 2 years. This wasn't a "genius move" this is reactionary management. By not standing their ground on 12/19 they are giving away market share that you economic guys keep on making excuses about and sent a subtle message of weakness to their competitors. No wonder UA is boldly putting bugs in the public ear about Currys being better than Jordans and Adidas generating front page press with their drops. JB executives looking mega soft and out of fresh ideas right now.

Again this is all nothing that represents Jordan, 72-10 season, or the XI model but good luck to whoever put in work to cop.

That FB post was too dramatic for me. "The Shoe Game" is much larger than Nike. We all strike out, and yes the dynamic is changing. But explore other brands. Take a break. Look elsewhere.

Then come back and cop these WC4's like most of us will.

Well Said +1.......Seriously this **** is madness :smh: :smh: :smh:

how many pairs are estimated to be produced of these. I didn't win a raffle and I don't want the prices to drive because of supply and demand

was surprised i got the call earlier and i thought i wasn't gonna hit never did makes me think theres a lot of pairs

these seemed pretty easy to get for me, i entered 2 instore raffles and won both, and i enetered shiekh online raffle (more than once) and won there also. anybody else feel it was relatively easy to secure these?

Where you from cuz?

Couldn't secure em here in south florida.  Could be because there wasn't a huge allocation to this area, or because I rock a size 14.  Either way, I'm glad to see fellow NT'ers getting in before Christmas.  I must say though, why would Nike drop the PSNY's on the same day as the XI's?  Were they drunk?

im glad they are actually lol gives me a better chance or a slight better ( fingers crossed ) chance at those psny 12, cause we all that the solefly raffle was rigged. yeah i live in miami as well lol

it all depends on the area and allocations.

I did raffles in 2 malls near me and my work, and went 0 for 12, smh. didn't get a single call back.

one dude work at the store told me they got 80 pairs but there are more than 500 people signed up...I don't know if I believe him or not.

anyway, online or bust tomorrow

It's all luck of the draw homie... Reason I hate about raffles. Some people just get lucky. For every extra pair you win that's a pair you taking away from someone who really wants them.

Also hate fools entering online raffles like a millions miles away from where they live... Then they get picked and complain about how far they have to drive to pick up. :smh:

they probably made more of these than any other release this year

still anticipating people to act like animals for these lol

You guys are awfully generous with giving these 11s a prediction of 300-320 resell value lol. I guess it varies from area to area. But speaking from my area, everyone won multiple pairs. Minimum 2-3 winning pairs per a person on average but plenty of other people won 5-8 pairs. In Fb groups everyone ate and are trying to flip. Some people are pricing their extra pairs to flip as low as $250 and no one is even biting. Straight flooded. It's kind of crazy, cause you wouldn't win this many raffles on other GR Jordan's, but for these everyone and their grandma won multiples. People aren't going to pick up all their pairs and most rejected winning raffles cause they won 2-3 else where lol. But then again like I said it depends on your location. I guess my city is lucky enough to have plenty of stores carry these.
