Jordan XI low question

mods please move if this is in the wrong section but...
today i borrowed my cousin's 11 lows to wear to school to today. and the problem i had was they kept squeeking every single step i took. and really reallyloud too. has anyone else have this problem? or does anyone know what is causing this?

Never had that problem with my columbia low's and I wore mine into the ground.

same problem to my low XIs but my solution was to put baby powder under the insoles and poof!! the squeeky sound was gone!!!!

Def works. Used it on many shoes.

One of my pairs of retro I.E.s not only squeaked, but had a horrible popping noise that came from the cf plate separating from the inside of the midsole, Ibelieve.

I had the same problem on my Zest IE Lows. I wuld be walking down an empty hallway on campus and all I heard was "Squeek squeek".

mines don't squeek but now that someone said they do have a popping sound, weird
