Welp, there goes the neighborhood, and my wallet. This was the one tweak I was saying they needed to have and they are doing it. Incredible. Just hoping the PL cut isn't as high as the 2019 PO XI and 2021 CG XI. The 2000-2001 cut was always ideal for me so I'm hoping at least it's somewhere in between the 2.

Stitched heel is only going to appeal to enthusiasts. The general public has holiday 11 fatigue. The recent “limited” regional 11s showed that.
Unless they do something ultra-gimmicky, or the market/economy takes a significant unexpected shift, these shouldn’t be a problem to get with not much effort.

Yeah all that coupled with the fact XIs aren't "in" atm, over what, 1M pairs releasing WW? and this is really a Jordan that the US and maybe Japanese market love, should be incredibly easy to get. I've been nursing a few FL GC since last year because I literally couldn't find anything I truly wanted to use on. Gonna save em for these SJ XIs now.
Side note: I LOVE that the Facebox is back. Makes this release all that more nostalgic.

I had this tee when it first dropped back in 2000 (along with the tee that matched the concords) and stupidly sold both of them. I was able to source another one back in 08', that I again, stupidly sold. This one I bought back in 2022, and it will go to my grave with me. My aunt got me the 2000 SJ XIs for Christmas that year. I was a freshman in high school. Crazy to think that 26 years have passed. That's the equivalent of 1974-2000. Wild. Got these SJ XIs from Worm Tokyo a few years ago. I need to break them out.
Hopefully Jordan Brand drops some gear (tees, socks, hats) this December to accompany the kicks.

That 2000 SJ shirt is really nice. I agree that time is nuts. Back in 2000 it was impossible for me to even imagine 1974. In my mind 1974 was basically ancient civilization with the hippie era lol. Now here we are and 2000 feels like yesterday.

Time sure does fly. I think a lot more has changed from 1974-2000 than 2000-2026. Technology is changing rapidly in the past 15 years, but other than that, I think there were way more crazy changes from 1974-2000. I think the early Y2K-2007 peaked. Things felt more "normal" back then, less social media bs, etc. But yeah, to think the original SJ XI dropped 26 years ago is hard to wrap my head around.
