To prevent any confusion, the Space Jam XI (movie version) is slated to come out as previously verified. But this particular Space Jam Galaxy XI is also slated for the same day. So there's two variations of the Space Jam gimmick as options come December 12, 2026.

This guy makes threads for the sake of making threads. All it does is create clutter in here. Too many shoes that come out now to make a thread for every one of them. We do not need every Jordan out there to have its own. Especially dumb releases he himself would not like at all. Why make it if your not interested personally ?

Although we're months away from seeing what the finished product will look like, I agree with these having the stigma of bootlegs from the 2000s. That has been posted by others in other threads regarding these.

The mock-up speculating the execution shows these aren't really creative. All they did was integrate the Concord XI color blocking with a galaxy motif on the patent leather part. And they went with a metallic Jumpman instead of going with the traditionally stitched Jumpman that's common on XIs.

But I have an odd feeling there will be artificial hype for these just because they're going to be limited. You already know people tend to subscribe to that "fear of missing out" mentality whenever something is limited.

It's how they get people to buy into something that isn't coveted. Some examples of artificial hype from last year were XVII Lows and the Steel X since those models weren't desired when they originally came out.
