Didn't they just upgrade the processors on the MacBooks/Pros.. every rep in the apple store told me about 6-7 weeks ago, it was upgraded.

Look on eBay I got a counterfeit Incase neoprene sleeve for $12 there's no need to pay $40 for the real thing when the fakes do the job all the same, it's just robbery at one point.
