The whole kitchen was closed, OFF LIMITS.

It's not a lobby level restaurant bar where you just wander...you can see you from the video it took her awhile to get there...you had to have know how to get into the right door to get in there.

ya but whos to say for all those times i did catch a guest somewhere they shouldnt have been that there werent times they went there and i never noticed or knew. obviously nothing serious happened but they coulda been drunk and ended up in the kitchen and ate some food and left and id never have known (just an example)

Your kitchen was open. This one was closed and under construction.

Don't know if any of you own homes and have done construction. The contractors make sure the site is secured. Why? Because of insurance liability.

At the very least, the hotel didn't secure the kitchen. As a million dollar chain...it would be a priority.

Her parents tried to sue the hotel because the water tanks weren't locked. The parents lost in the end.

A lot. I only work 6 hour day. I get a bunch of holiday and unassigned time. Thanksgiving break coming, then winter break...spring break...then all summer off.

Not necessarily. We still don't know went on in that room. She allegedly brought this chick to get smashed by a group of dudes for $. There was an alleged rape. Even if she's not responsible for the actual death, I wouldn't be so quick to forgive her.

It was probably a $10/hr security guard's responsibility. Not surprising if that thing gets left open on the regular so those dudes can sneak string cheese and pudding from the refrigerator when they're bored. Not the same. She didn't have a room with fire escape access. Death is still unsolved.

If you go to target and slip because they failed to put that Yellow caution thing...you can sue.
