Kicks Crew Screwed Me

So I bought Air Jordan 3’s from Kicks Crew and stitching on the right shoe is all wrong. Now I brought from them before and did not have this problem.

I even looked up the site and everyone says they are legit. When I emailed them about it they basically just blew me off. They claim that some shoes are always going to be off and that their was a mistake with sewing machines at Nike.

Is their anything I can do? Could I call Nike themselves and see if they’ll help. Or am I screwed.

Unfortunately there will always be factory flaws that pass QC at Nike. I can't believe this one got through though provided they're real and came from Nike. They look ok from the pictures provided but as far as Nike doing something about it that won't happen. The only way Nike would step in and help would be if you bought directly from them and even then they'd offer a refund at best as they don't have these in stock.

^ this. I would demand a refund if you're unhappy. If they do not want to comply, contact the CC company they will handle it.
