Question how on the game boy when you turn the system on the game is locked in(I know you can still get it out) but on the new consoles I can accidentally take the game out mid game.

Question how on the game boy when you turn the system on the game is locked in(I know you can still get it out) but on the new consoles I can accidentally take the game out mid game.

on the original gameboys, when you slid the game to "on" a little plastic piece slid into a notch on top of the game cartridge, locking it in to place.

Pokemon battles with the rest of the kids in the neighborhood trading pokemon the last gameboy I had was the gameboy ds from maybe 5 years ago? Had to cop the new Pokemon silver when it came out a few years ago
