Nuggets up 10 at half. Billups, Smith, Kleiza, Nene, Kenyon, Carmelo, Bird and Carter is one of the best rotations in the NBA.

Jason Thompson is going to have a very long, very productive NBA career.

I'm going to have to make a tough decision between this or Sunday Ticket next year.

Who didn't expect the Nuggets to be up at least 10 though?

They are a great team. I think Billups has brought a calming effect and steadiness. Suddenly, the rest of the crew doesn't seem so erratic. That alonemakes the trade worthwhile... but as a bonus Denver gets Chauncey Billups playing like Chauncey Billups to add to the roster, too.

Jason Thompson is gonna be sick, I agree. I like his skill set and mold of his player.

That roster needs a ton of work though. Internally developing the young players that they have isn't gonna cut it. Kevin Martin is good, but he's notgonna be a franchise player. Hawes and Garcia can be solid bench/role players, but I don't see them being anything special barring some super-specialoffseason training regiment.

Whoaaaa, Carter got UP.

It's like a completely different team post-Iverson. Everybody plays a role really well.

What did Carter do

Jason Thompson will be a very good player. But right now, the guys looks like a typical rookie; with a few exceptions every now and then.
He just needs to be stronger with the ball and work on being a more consistent player and he'll be fine. His skill is pretty evident, its just putting itall together.

does the free league pass only work for tv, or does it work online as well?

C- Spencer Hawes
PF- Blake Griffin
SF- John Salmons
SG- K-Mart
PG- Anybody other than trash Udrih

Douby and Mr. Candice Parker are probably gone, and hopefully we can get rid of Mikki Moore, B-Rad Miller, and Kenny Thomas leaving us with cap room for'10.

I really how the Nuggets are built and playing...shame McDyess returned to Detroit, he could have provided more quality depth up front.

I think Sac should get rid of John Salmons too. He's good and skilled, but I don't like the guy's attitude. He's a good holdover, a way ofhelping the Kings not get beat by 20+ every night, but I don't see him having a role on a winning team.

I was gonna make a 'How should the Kings rebuild' thread. I tried it in 2k9

, but the trades aren't realistic enough.

As for cap space for 2010... unless the Kings trade for some superstars before then, there are plenty of other better destinations (both city and personnelwise) with cap space that summer.

Obviously there are big men to be had, but I would like for the Kings to get... RICKY RUBIO. Maybe he'd actually get me to like the players that Idon't (KEVIN MARTIN), plus it'd be exciting on a number of fronts.

^If we draft Ricky Rubio I will denounce my Kings fanhood.

It depends on where the Kings place in the draft. I'd like to see Rubio in a place where he'll get immediate minutes and Sac is a perfect spot.
