Koobface Virus

i did a scan and these are the results

so i went into the registry editor and tried to delete, but it wouldn't. then i right-clicked on it went into permission tried to get full control of it but, once again it failed.

after that i downloaded this program killbox and put the path in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_SUF and pressed on standard kill file, restarted my computer only to this trojan still come up in another scan.

I've been unsuccessful thus far and would like some help on how to get rid of this

Like dude said malwarebytes, and no its not the virues from the 90's, its recent from '07-08 deals with hijacking your facebook account and stealing cc#.

oh btw, Invest in a OS X Snow Leoparad machine.
