Fake, should clearly say Family on the tongue, the rest of the print is off as well.

These still don't look right to me, do you have pictures of the box label. Also what price point are these selling at? A reverse google image search shows that these pictures were used on a sole collector ad in December 2013 with a price point of 350. I think this could be part of a bait and switch. I wouldn't trust the seller, unless you know them personally.
