I'd say legit. Lace holes begin under the strap and 'witness' pull tab is right side up on both shoes. Legit

They're legit. Fakes of these are really obvious.
Among other things:
Carbon fiber panel looks legit. Fakes usually have a very distinct contrast between the two different thread colors or the panel is just one solid color.
Graphics on fakes are usually on opposite feet.
"Witness" on pull tab of fakes is usually centered rather than up against the top edge.
Gold piece in front of strap is shiny gold rather than the dull plastic that the fakes use.
